All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and this will include tracking details.
We offer $15 flat rate shipping for the Aura Aware Smart Signs and Kleen Doors to all locations in Australia.
Please note that Victory Sprayers are offline orders and shipping is $35.
Products are shipped from our Sydney warehouse and shipping times are dependent on the carriers, as a rule, we are finding the services reliable and the tracking accurate as far as forecasting delivery dates. Please expect the following transit times;
NSW/ACT – 1 to 2 days
VIC/QLD – 2 to 4 days
SA/TAS/NT – 3 to 6 days
WA – 5 to 10 days
Most of the carriers we use are doing contactless delivery meaning you are not required to sign for the goods and in many cases they will be left in a safe place. Please do keep an eye out for your items.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the transit times noted above after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
As a rule, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, please ensure you provide a street address. If this is not an option, please email as at [email protected] and we will sort something out.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
